  7. I am using this online event organiser to help keep track of numbers. I will send you an email through this site and you can then register the number of ‘tickets’ (seats) you want.

  11. PS There will be at least 3 of us; maybe even my sister from Melbourne as well which would make 4 of us. If you’ve booked for 10 people you might need to increase it!
